Roast Loin of Pork with Garlic,Rosemary & Sage

This little addition is to our previous recipe for The Roast Pork Loin with Crackling and it makes a very tasty alternative.

Prepare the herbs and click the link to follow the recipe-it's as easy as that!  

Ingredients:

3 garlic cloves,handful fresh rosemary,fresh sage,pinch black pepper corns and 4 tablespoons good quality oil-olive/rapeseed/sunflower-take you choice.

Rinse the herbs,peel the garlic and add to the liquidizer with the oil and black pepper(or pestle and mortar if you have one)

Take a suitable freezer bag add the Outdoor Reared Pork Loin and pour in the mix,give a good shake and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours.
