Our Free Range Smoked Rind-On Back Bacon is produced from outdoor-reared British pigs.

This cut of bacon comes from the loin of the pig. All of our bacon is traditionally dry cured for 21 days and then naturally Oak Smoked for around 14 hours. The main success to our bacon is that we don’t use any colourings, water or chemicals during our process. Just time and traditional techniques.  These have been polished over the years to produce an amazing Smoked Rind-On Back Bacon that delivers a beautifully delicate but mouth-watering smoked flavour. Most notably, our bacon will not shrink when you cook it and the pan will not be full of water!

The goods are deliver in temperature controlled chilled boxes, suitable for home freezing on the day of receipt. Available in 240g pack sizes, or our new larger kilo pack, ideal to break down and freeze so you can pull out a pack at any time and defrost in a few hours.

Why not try one of our delicious bacon recipes  such as our Spicy Bacon and Sausage rolls. This recipe puts quite a twist on the traditional hot dog on which it is based. A world away from the “normal” hot dog.
