Our Smoked Rindless Back Bacon is produced from outdoor-reared British pigs.

This cut of bacon comes from the loin of the pig. It is produced in a fully-accredited EC facility, beautifully cured so that you enjoy the delicious flavour of the pork. All our bacon is traditionally dry cured for 21 days and then naturally Smoked over Oak Chips for around 14 hours. There are no colourings, water or chemicals added during our process. Just time and traditional techniques polished over the years. The end result is our amazing Smoked Back Bacon giving it a delicately intense, mouth-watering flavour. Neither does our bacon shrink when you put it in the pan.

We slice and pack all our bacon on site and deliver in temperature controlled chilled boxes for you to enjoy immediately. Available in our new 240g pack size or 1kilo.   Our larger size packs means that you can divide it up and freeze it for future use. All our products are suitable for home freezing so you can pull out a pack and defrost ready to use in just a few hours.
