Unsmoked Oyster Gammon Joints are a deliciously tender gammon. It has a characteristic shape which makes them very easy to carve when served hot or cold.
Often compared to a rump of beef, it is prepared with the rind on so it offers the perfect level of fat to improve the flavour. This is an incredibly juicy joint and tastes amazing.

All Wiltshire Bacon Gammon joints are from outdoor reared British Pigs. We cure all the gammon in the same way as we do our bacon. We do not use any colouring, chemicals or water in our process. Only age old traditional techniques whereby salts are massaged into the pork allowing the most exquisite flavours of the meat to develop, without an overwhelmingly salty taste.
