Smoked Fore-end Joints
Fore-end joints of pork are traditionally a family favourite as it's a little cheaper and can feed plenty of people. Fore-end is a joint you don't find that often these days, but we are committed to bringing these old fashioned cuts back because they are just so good. Especially when combined with our fabulous curing method. We also smoke some of our fore-end joints, if you prefer the smoky tones. A sixteen-hour smoking process over oak chips fills this cut with the most amazing depth of flavour.
