Smoked Gammon steaks
King of smoked gammon steaks. We cut ours from the horseshoe gammon, right in the middle of the joint so they are thick, juicy and delicious. Trimmed well with the rind on and naturally smoked over oak chips for 14-16 hours for outstanding smoky flavours.
Unlike gammon available in supermarkets, our smoked gammon steaks are not pumped up with water or chemicals, so are mouth-wateringly meaty, full of flavour and will keep their size and shape when cooked.
